Purpose
These suggestions aim to create a rooftop space that balances cultural diversity, functionality, and comfort, offering students an ideal environment for learning, socializing, and relaxation.
Interview Questionnaire:
This survey aims to gather user opinions and needs for transforming an unused rooftop on campus into an afternoon tea venue, helping to design a space that caters to the diverse requirements of students and staff.

Core Stages:
1. Before Service:
• User Actions: Hearing about the rooftop space and deciding to explore.
• Touch Points: Campus bulletin board, word-of-mouth from classmates, social media.
• Needs & Pain Points: Users look for a quiet and accessible space, but the rooftop entrance may not be obvious.
• Optimization Suggestions: Add signage and a site map at the entrance.
2. In Service:
• User Actions: Entering the rooftop, finding a seat, and using the space’s facilities.
• Touch Points: Entrance, bamboo partitions, seating areas, tea culture displays.
• Needs & Pain Points: Users need shade, comfortable seating, and a quiet environment, but facilities may be lacking.
• Optimization Suggestions: Provide adjustable seating, portable tables, and shading devices.

• User Actions: Packing up and leaving the space, sharing their experience.
